Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 3, 2026
Last Updated: August 3, 2026

1. Introduction

iPhone-Applications2000 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you:

  • Download or use one of our applications

  • Use features provided through Apple platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, Apple CarPlay, or other supported Apple devices

  • Visit our website

  • Contact us for support or

  • Subscribe to communications where such an option is available.

We follow a privacy-by-design approach. We aim to collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide our applications, respond to users, protect our services, and comply with legal obligations.

2. Who We Are

For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the data controller is:

Developer: iPhone-Applications2000
Legal name: Nikolaos Psaragkathos
Business status: Individual Developer
Country: Greece
Privacy and support email: help-desk2000@hotmail.com

References in this policy to “iPhone-Applications2000,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the developer identified above.

3. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies generally to applications and services published by iPhone-Applications2000.

Different applications may provide different functionality and may not use every type of data or service described in this policy. Where necessary, an application may provide additional privacy information within the application or on its App Store product page.

The privacy information displayed on an application’s App Store product page should be read together with this policy.

4. Our Privacy Commitments

Unless clearly stated otherwise for a particular application, we do not:

  • Sell or rent personal data

  • Use personal data for targeted advertising

  • Track users across applications or websites owned by other companies

  • Use third-party advertising SDKs

  • Create advertising profiles

  • Access Apple ID payment information

  • Collect sensitive personal data unnecessarily or

  • Make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.

We do not receive your Apple ID password, full payment-card details, bank-account information, or other payment credentials from Apple.

5. Information We May Process

The information processed depends on the application and the features you choose to use.

5.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you contact us, report a problem, send feedback, or request support, you may provide:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • The content of your message

  • Screenshots, diagnostic information, or attachments

  • Information about your device or application version and

  • Any other information you voluntarily include in your communication.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for us to assist you.

Where a newsletter or update-subscription service is offered, we may process your email address and subscription preferences. Such communications will only be sent where permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

5.2 Application and Device Information

Depending on your device settings and the application, we may receive limited technical or diagnostic information, such as:

  • Device model or device category

  • Operating-system version

  • Application version

  • Preferred language

  • Crash reports

  • Performance information

  • General application usage information and

  • Technical information needed to investigate errors.

This information may be provided through Apple’s developer, analytics, or diagnostic services. Where possible, we use aggregated or de-identified information rather than information linked to an identifiable person.

We do not use this information to track your activity across applications or websites.

5.3 Purchases and Subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit.

Depending on the application, we may receive limited transaction information necessary to verify or restore a purchase, such as:

  • The product purchased

  • Purchase or subscription status

  • Entitlement status

  • Purchase, renewal, or expiration dates

  • An App Store transaction identifier and

  • Information indicating whether a purchase has been refunded or revoked.

We do not receive your complete payment-card number, bank details, Apple ID password, or other payment credentials.

Apple is responsible for processing payments and maintaining the associated App Store account and billing information.

5.4 Location Information

Some of our applications provide maps, nearby-place searches, navigation assistance, charging-station information, distance calculations, location-based tools, or similar features.

When you choose to grant location permission, the application may access your approximate or precise location to:

  • Display your position on a map

  • Find nearby locations or services

  • Calculate distances

  • Sort results by distance

  • Provide directions or navigation-related functionality or

  • Perform another location-based feature that you request.

Where technically possible, location calculations are performed directly on your device.

Unless a particular application clearly explains otherwise, we do not:

  • Store a permanent history of your movements

  • Use your location for advertising

  • Sell location information

  • Track your location when it is not required for a feature you are using or

  • Use location information to track you across other companies’ applications or websites.

When an application opens Apple Maps or uses an Apple mapping service, Apple may process location and request information under Apple’s own privacy terms.

You can control location access through your device’s privacy settings. Disabling location access may prevent certain location-based features from working correctly.

5.5 Game Center

Some of our games may use Apple Game Center for features such as:

  • Player authentication

  • Leaderboards

  • Scores

  • Achievements

  • Multiplayer functionality or

  • Displaying a Game Center alias or profile image.

When you enable Game Center, the application may receive limited Game Center information necessary to provide these features, such as a player identifier, alias, scores, and achievements.

Game Center accounts and associated personal information are managed by Apple. We do not receive your Apple ID password or payment information through Game Center.

You can manage Game Center through your Apple device settings.

5.6 Notifications

Some applications may offer local or remote notifications.

Local notifications are generally scheduled and displayed directly on your device without requiring us to receive a notification token.

When remote notifications are used and you grant permission, the application may receive an Apple Push Notification service device token. This token is used only to deliver notifications to the relevant installation of the application.

A push-notification token is not used by us for advertising or cross-application tracking.

You can disable notifications at any time through your device’s notification settings. If you disable notifications, notification-related features may no longer operate.

5.7 Data Stored on Your Device

Our applications may store information locally on your device, including:

  • Application settings

  • Preferences

  • Favourites

  • Saved locations

  • Game progress

  • Scores

  • Notes

  • Sessions

  • Filter selections and

  • Other content created or saved by you.

Unless the application clearly states otherwise, this information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Deleting an application may delete locally stored application data, subject to your device backups and Apple’s operating-system behaviour.

5.8 iCloud and CloudKit

Some applications may optionally use Apple iCloud or CloudKit to synchronise information between your Apple devices.

Where iCloud synchronisation is available:

  • Data is stored in services operated by Apple

  • Access is associated with your Apple account

  • We do not receive your Apple ID password

  • Synchronisation depends on your iCloud settings and

  • You may be able to manage or delete stored information through the application or your Apple account settings.

Apple processes iCloud data in accordance with Apple’s own privacy terms.

5.9 Photos, Camera, Microphone, or Other Device Permissions

Certain applications may request access to device features such as the camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, Bluetooth, or motion sensors when necessary for a specific feature.

The application will request permission before accessing protected device resources.

Unless clearly stated at the time of collection:

  • Access is used only for the feature you selected

  • The data is processed on your device where possible

  • We do not continuously access the resource

  • We do not use the data for advertising and

  • Content is not uploaded to us without an action taken by you.

You can manage these permissions through your device’s privacy settings.

  • Pages visited

  • Referring website and

  • Security and server-log information.

This information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the website, prevent abuse, maintain security, and diagnose technical problems.

  • Recording cookie choices.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will only be used after consent has been provided.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.

Website Analytics

Where enabled, the website may use Google Analytics or a similar analytics service to understand general website usage.

Analytics information may include pages viewed, approximate location derived from an Internet Protocol address, browser information, device category, and interactions with the website.

Where required, analytics will be enabled only after receiving your consent. We do not use website analytics to identify individual visitors or to track them for targeted advertising.

You can withdraw cookie or analytics consent through the website’s cookie controls, where available, or through your browser settings.

  • Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents or

  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

9. International Data Transfers

Apple, Google, and other service providers may process information in countries outside Greece or the European Economic Area.

Where applicable, international transfers must be supported by a lawful transfer mechanism, such as:

The privacy policies of the relevant service providers provide additional information about their processing locations and transfer safeguards.

10. Data Retention

The following general retention criteria apply:

  • Support correspondence: Retained while we address the request and normally for no longer than 24 months after the matter is resolved, unless longer retention is required for legal or security reasons.

  • Newsletter information: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. Limited information may be retained where necessary to record and respect an unsubscribe request.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against:

  • Unauthorised access

  • Accidental loss

  • Misuse

  • Unauthorised disclosure and

  • Destruction.

These measures may include minimising data collection, limiting access, using secure Apple APIs, maintaining software updates, and using encrypted connections where appropriate.

14. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.

Unless an App Store listing clearly states that an application is intended for children, our services are intended for a general audience and are not designed to collect personal information directly from children.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us, they may contact us at help-desk2000@hotmail.com. We will review the request and delete the information where required.

If a particular application is directed to children, additional protections and a supplemental privacy notice may apply.

Our applications or website may contain links to websites, applications, maps, content, or services operated by third parties.

16. Apple TV, CarPlay, and Other Apple Platforms

This policy applies to our applications across supported Apple platforms, including tvOS and CarPlay.

The application may use platform services such as purchases, Game Center, iCloud, navigation, or notifications where supported. These services are provided through Apple’s APIs and are also subject to Apple’s privacy terms.
