Privacy with iPhone-Applications2000

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 25, 2025
Entity: iPhone-Applications2000 (Individual Developer)

At iPhone-Applications2000, your privacy is our top priority. We design all our apps and services to collect minimal data, and we do not collect or store any personal data unless explicitly provided by you for support or communication purposes.

1. What Information We Collect

We only collect limited, non-personally identifiable data strictly necessary to maintain app functionality and provide user support.

Automatically Collected:

  • Anonymous identifiers (used only to verify purchases or deliver notifications)

  • Device type, OS version, and general usage statistics

  • Purchase or subscription state (via Apple systems; we do not see payment data)

Voluntarily Provided:

  • Email address (if you contact us for support or subscribe to updates)

2. Purchases and App Store Data

All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple via the App Store. We do not have access to your name, email, payment method, or other sensitive data tied to your Apple ID.

We only receive anonymous purchase status (e.g., whether an in-app item has been unlocked).

3. Email Usage

If you choose to provide your email (e.g., for support or newsletters):

  • It will only be used for direct communication with you.

  • We never share or sell email addresses.

  • Newsletters include an unsubscribe link in every message.

Support-related emails are retained only for as long as needed to fulfill your request.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications, a non-personal, anonymous device token is used solely for delivering in-app messages or alerts. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

5. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website (not our apps) uses:

  • Cookies to remember your preferences (e.g., language, notifications)

  • Google Analytics (with IP anonymization) to understand general site usage

We do not use these tools to track individuals or gather personal data.

For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. No Ads or Tracking

We do not:

  • Serve third-party ads

  • Use advertising SDKs

  • Track your behavior across other apps or websites

7. Data Security

We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. We recommend using strong passwords and keeping your devices updated.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the data we may have

  • Request its correction or deletion

  • Opt out of email communications

  • Disable cookies in your browser

To exercise these rights, contact us at: help-desk2000@hotmail.com

9. Third-Party Services

Our apps and website may link or integrate with trusted third parties:

  • Apple (App Store, Game Center)

  • Google Analytics (website only)

These providers have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for their data practices.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be announced within our apps or on our website.

By continuing to use our products, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

11. Apple TV (tvOS) Privacy

Our app is also available on Apple TV (tvOS). We fully comply with Apple's privacy guidelines for tvOS.

  • We do not collect any personal information or user data directly from Apple TV users.

  • We do not track user activity across apps, devices, or accounts.

  • All in-app purchases, Game Center features, and platform services are handled exclusively via Apple’s secure APIs.

  • We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or analytics SDKs on the Apple TV platform.

Users on Apple TV remain anonymous unless they voluntarily sign in to Game Center or make purchases, in which case Apple handles all data securely. We do not receive personal or billing information.
